Tom joined our business (Akkroo) when we were first building out our SaaS software development team, and remained with us until (and beyond) our acquisition many years later.

His loyalty and dedication was always unquestionable, and he progressed from a solo generalist (with a broad skill set) into a great team player in a senior engineer during that time.

He adapted throughout the wide range of front- and back-end technology changes we made. He was a pleasure to manage for the whole duration of our working relationship, and formed a great cornerstone in the team during the tumult of our rapid growth.

He always has strived for self-betterment in his professional life, working on his own projects in his own time to develop additional relevant skills, experimenting with new technologies to continually develop the best version of himself.

Perhaps most importantly he is kind, curious and level-headed - and an excellent person to have on the team.
